Hello and welcome to the first episode of the Pregnant in Aberdeen Podcast, I’m your host, Jade Gordon, I’m a hypnotherapist based near Stonehaven, I specialising in supporting parents and parents to be, I’m also a hypnobirthing teacher and doula. However, I used to be very sceptical about the idea of all things 'hypno', which I’ll share more about shortly. In this first episode I’m going to share some of my story with you, why I wanted to create this podcast, and what you can expect here.
